As we continue to grow, we seek a part-time Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. 

Job Description: As a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist at Title21 Health Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can handle a variety of HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position will report to the CFO. 


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in the recruitment process by writing job descriptions, posting job openings, reviewing resumes, communicating with candidates, and coordinating interviews. 
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate with hiring managers. 
  • Draft contracts of employment.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination. 

2. Employee Relations

  • Support employee relations initiatives and address employee inquiries. 
  • Manage all employee relations issues, partnering with managers and senior leaders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Review HR policies and procedures as needed to ensure they are fit for purpose and comply with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 
  • Manage all employee offboarding processes.

3. Pay & Benefits Administration

  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
  • Manage annual open enrollment process, including coordinating and managing benefits renewals and communicating with employees regarding timelines and processes.
  • Collaborate with external providers to manage employee benefits programs.
  • Work with the Controller and CFO to manage employee payroll.

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives for employees. 
  • Manage compliance training (e.g. anti-harassment, etc.).
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources. 
  • Coordinate and manage the quarterly and annual performance review process.

5. HR Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain HR reports related to staffing, turnover, and other key metrics.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team in data analysis and trend identification.

6. Compliance

  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the preparation of documents for audits.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 3-5 years experience in a human resources role, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software. 

Working Hours: This is a part-time position, and working hours can be flexible based on the candidate's availability. The expected commitment is 20-24 hours per week.
